Grain-Free 2 Ingredient Pancakes (Paleo)

Not only are these pancakes super healthy and paleo friendly, they’re also just two simple ingredients.

Two ingredient pancakes = Faster and easier than regular pancakes

Fast and easy pancakes = pancakes that end up in your mouth faster.

Pancakes that end up in your mouth faster = ALWAYS the preferable option.

Bulletproof logic.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 pastured eggs
  • coconut oil for frying


  • coconut whipped cream
  • fresh berries
  • maple syrup
  • almond butter
  • nuts


  • In a blender, add the ripe banana and eggs and blitz until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, you can mash the banana and whisk the eggs in. I trust your judgement
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of the batter and fry for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden.
  • Top with coconut whip, coconut yogurt, maple syrup or fresh berries
