All of those things can be accomplished using this ONE super easy snack “pizza” which is essentially an open faced wrap.
If you are using this as a “Grab and Go” breakfast I’d probably suggest you fold it in half. I know, I know, its no longer “pizza” then. But I think you’ll live. And probably be a lot happier not being covered in peanut butter on your morning commute to work.
This wrap has got all the bases covered: healthy fats and protein from the peanut butter, an extra kick of protein from the hemp seeds, fiber from the flax wrap and a serving of fruit! Pretty great way to start the day, no?
You can use whatever nut butter you like but I have recently discovered this and my world has changed.

2. Cut
3. Top with hemp seeds
4. Bite
INGREDIENTS
- *Makes 2 Pizzas*
- 2 flax wraps
- 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
METHOD
- Spread 1 tbsp of nut butter onto each flax wrap. Top with chopped banana and blueberries.
- Slice into quarters. Sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds each and serve!
