This smoothie gets a tart kick from berries that is offset by creamy avocado and a little bit of sweetness from peaches and vanilla. I am obsessed with adding avocados to smoothies because adding fats to smoothies helps keep you feeling full for hours. Seriously. I’m talking hours. Also, I love finding alternatives to adding bananas to smoothies because I like to keep things exciting.
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 small peach, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- In a blender, blitz all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Top with fresh raspberries and flaked coconut and serve!
