rainy day comfort in a bowl 😍 i was really looking forward to making ramen but couldnt find actual ramen noodles sooo instead we have: ginger-garlic-lemongrass broth, leftover steamed kabocha squash, sesame sauteed bok choy & shrimp with some brown rice noodles i had on hand πŸ₯Ίsuper delish and will def make again with the proper noodles #stellarhealth

taco tuesday but in a bowl πŸ‘πŸΌ super fresh, filling and packed with protein + fibre. how to: cook rice in 1/2 broth 1/2 strained tomatoes + ground cumin, sautΓ© onions with mushrooms, green peppers and black beans, serve with @amyskitchen organic refried beans and salsa (my fave is @mad.mexican.food 😍) top it all off with some shredded lettuce and hot sauce!
